I had a very nice experience with those who dealt with me at the dealership, having always own Ford, I was not sure, but I honestly can say that I was treated with respect, patience, and kindness. I will highly recommend them. Since for ever, i have only heard car sales people having had a bad reputation, my reason for being scared, which I was it's a very big deal very big purchase, so it was scary to me but it was a very good experience, and they were very understanding I don't mind being redundant. I thank them all.

The vehicle had a check engine light the day it arrived.
The vehicle had a check engine light the day it arrived. The sales rep was made aware the same day. I made an appointment with the local ram dealer at his request and now he says the dealership won't cover the repair. I will never buy from this dealership again and may end up in litigation over it.

The car I got didn’t have some of the interior protection
The car I got didn’t have some of the interior protection mats that we discussed. After I got the car realized there was a huge stain in the backseat. When financing, the extended warranty was sort of snuck into the paperwork. Not pleased with the service and will not buy another vehicle from them.

Kyle was great he is a wonderful salesman and good human
Kyle was great he is a wonderful salesman and good human being! The dealership on the other hand of course took advantage of a young woman purchasing a vehicle. I was promised a 25k price tag for a 2025 Honda Civic. Looking at paper work they charged me full price 29k I could have gone to Gainesville and gotten a better deal considering I drove 40+ miles specifically to this dealership which added an extra 40+ miles on my new vehicle just to drive it back, under the impression I would be given the a 25k sales price. They tried to claim I was in a accident for the vehicle I was trading in, which I was not, and of course tried to low ball me on the trade in value which I know how much my car is worth. The finance guy who came over and talked to me was very rude, I don't remember his name. They also had a finance charge was of TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS. By the time my loan is all said and done I'll be paying close to 50k... for a 25k car... I could have bought a freaking xxxx cat at that price point but now I'm stuck with a basic Honda Civic. Honestly I don't think I would ever recommend or do business here again. Sorry Kyle but the way I was treated is not ok.

What a great experience we went through 6 dealerships with terrible service ended up here at Honda of lake city walked in and out and I mean literally. Told them my price point and they played no games whatsoever gave me qoute on the spot for an out the door price matching what I said I could pay. I walked in and out within 15 min came back the next day with my wife closed and drove away within an hour or two . Ohh and they bought us all lunch 🤣🤙🏻🇺🇸

The salesman was great!
The salesman was great! And the staff was good. It is the service dept. I have a problem with. There were issues with the car we brought it up there twice and it was never fixed. When I checked the oil it was dark so I got with the salesman and he said to bring it up there and they would change the oil. All they did was turn off the oil change light. The air pressure light was on to, I fixed that. When you buy a new or used car things should be checked and you should have no lights come on for at least a few months. I also already had to put a new battery in the key. I did let the manager know all of this and he never called or responded back. I gave him a few days before I did this review.

Bought a used car on a Monday and by Wednesday the car
Bought a used car on a Monday and by Wednesday the car was overheating and the AC didn’t work. They lie about being helpful and about their cars. They don’t do a full inspection and their mechanics definitely don’t know how to work on any cars that aren’t A Honda. Terrible customer service. Especially the GM, Nick M. There should be a lemon law on used cars then maybe they would do better!!!! Do not buy from here!!!
