Other than the lifetime warranty advertised being an additional cost, we had a great experience. We brought our kids in there to trade in our car, so we wanted to be done fairly quickly and they made it happen. So far a happy customer.
Sales team was friendly, the service after the sale however. I bought this car on 7/31 and this is my 4th trip here in 3 weeks its been a total of almost 8 hours total and nothing has been done but wrong parts ordered. I have had part of my mirror fall off, the washer fluid won't pump and the car only has 26k miles. I have bought 16 cars over the past 25 years, this has been the most time ive spent sitting and waiting in a service department for warranty items is less then 3 weeks

I have rated the dealership a 4 and not a 5 because of the lack of communication after this sale was completed. There were some things that I needed to complete on my end that I was not aware of, as this was my first time buying a car online. This ultimately delayed the delivery of the car. The communication could have been better around setting the expectations for what the process was would be from sales to delivery. Ultimately, I got the car and I love it. Despite this issue I had, I’d purchase again from Honda of Lake City.
Coming from GA, this was the easiest transaction I’ve had! Total transparency from total price, carfax, interest rate, all given ahead of driving over! No pressure whatsoever, sign paperwork and drive away!

The employees Made the car buying experience awesome. I drove an hour and a half away Just because the great deal that they gave me. I would definitely buy another car from them in the future. The only reason why I gave it four stars was when I picked up the car. It was still in shipping mode and I had a return to the dealership to have it taken off. The oil was a quart low. All the tires were 12 pounds over and there was a residue on the whole interior of the vehicle that had to be cleaned.

On July 4th, I negotiated a deal on a vehicle. Prior to purchase, a sales manager recorded a video promising a $250 gift card upon purchase, or a $100 gift card even if I chose not to buy. To date, I have received neither. I have followed up multiple times with both my salesperson and the sales manager, with no response.
Additionally, the vehicle was advertised with under 27,000 miles. Overall pleasant experience just know I overpaid on my new vehicle by about 2500 dollars because I wanted the blue-ish/ gray color. I had a better deal in Gainesville. Not happy with final out the door price, feel like yall got over on me with the price. Would be 5 stars if not for that.

“I bought my GMC Sierra from Honda of Lake City and had a great experience with salesman Luis Cirino — he made the buying process easy and transparent. Shortly after purchase I started having major transmission problems. Service tech TJ Hazel and his boss Jessica were fantastic to work with — TJ was very professional and communicative the whole time. General Manager Stephen also stepped in and made sure the issue was fully taken care of. The team worked with me extensively and replaced the entire transmission. The truck is now running great. Untrustworthy, lie to you, Make sure you read everything clearly before you sign. Manager tells you one thing and when you're not paying attention switched it up my biggest advice is pay real close attention to what you sign. Would never do business with this dealership again.

I went there for one car and realized I needed two. The dealership got me the cars and the loans. I would have liked more transparency when signing as it took place on my mobile which was hard to read that I was signing for coverages I had elsewhere. Cancelled immediately and without negativity.

We purchased a Jeep on Christmas Eve and immediately began having mechanical issues. After Mr. Hoggle become aware he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and the issues were resolved. Our Jeep was with them more than us and he made sure we had another vehicle while they were making repairs.
Long story short, four months later and I have my Jeep back and a smile on my face!

I placed a $1,000 deposit with Honda of Lake City and have made multiple attempts to have it returned after the deal did not go through. Despite direct requests and follow-up, the deposit has not been refunded and communication has stalled. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially given the lack of clear resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone placing a deposit here to get all terms in writing, including whether the deposit is refundable. I am still hoping this can be resolved quickly and professionally.
