Deception!!!!! I can't trust that I have a vehicle that I will not find other issues because the Dealer/Salesperson displayed so much deception in the sale of my 2025 Honda Pilot Touring. When I made the deal, it included financing with Honda Motor Credit at the 0.9% interest that Honda was offering. 99% through the paperwork and a credit form was put in front of me through JPMorgan Chase that was 8.14%. I found management to be extremely arrogant disrespectful and unprofessional. I was given a car that is unfit for the road. The car had bald tires which was pointed out to the managers. One of the managers admitted that tires were bald. Car was dirty and was not service for sale. Unacceptable.

Purchased a new 2025 Pilot from the dealership. The experience was great and our salesman Jake was terrific. Was up front and asked what we were looking at, took it for a test drive all in a timely manner. In the end they gave us what we wanted for our trade in and the car was discounted. Overall very happy with the buying experience didn’t have to spend a half a day there. Jake was very respectful and a pleasure to work with!

Blake our sales person was processional ,polite and helpful and the communication was good while negotiating through text messages. However I was disappointed with the offer for my trade in car. I was only asking for $350 more but the sales manager refused to budge on their offer which did include delivery to my home. The only way I could get the $350 reduction was to drive 120 mile to the dealership thus eliminating the $350 delivery charge. We have been visiting/dealing with Honda of Lake City for quite a few years. Each person that we have come in contact with has been super nice/helpful.
The vehicle had a check engine light the day it arrived. The sales rep was made aware the same day. I made an appointment with the local ram dealer at his request and now he says the dealership won't cover the repair. I will never buy from this dealership again and may end up in litigation over it.

My husband and I are proud owners of a 2025 Honda Odyssey EXL as of June 5 2025 . This was one of the easiest car purchases we had ever experienced. The sale person Luis Cirino was so upfront concerning our purchase we were truly prepared for the entire walk through. He made sure he only showed us what we were interested in and nothing else . We bought new Honda Accord for son's graduation and Kyle and team did a fantastic job of making sure everything was ready to go. It was indeed first class service from the very beginning. Had an issue with the tint when I bought my new car with a few bubbles but the new management, Steve was extremely helpful in getting this taken care of for me by redoing the tint job without me having to go out of my way. Very satisfied in the end

Kyle was great he is a wonderful salesman and good human being! The dealership on the other hand of course took advantage of a young woman purchasing a vehicle. I was promised a 25k price tag for a 2025 Honda Civic. Horrible! I purchased a vehicle from here in Jan of this year. I drove from NC to Fl to purchase the vehicle. There was no mention of ANY defects on the car until I drove there. I was promised that Honda of Lake City would cover the defect and they added a warranty to cover it. A warranty that I had to pay for! However, due to a limited amount of Passport recently released to dealerships, I was not able to find my trim and color option locally. Was not good .was told features I did not have.. by manager . Wrong car window sheet The HR had no safety turn lights.no door auto opener. No trunk power. Hand opener to gas tank.
The car I got didn’t have some of the interior protection mats that we discussed. After I got the car realized there was a huge stain in the backseat. When financing, the extended warranty was sort of snuck into the paperwork. Not pleased with the service and will not buy another vehicle from them.
Be aware of these scams! They sold my a tesla with no charger! When I contacted them they asked my to buy one and send them the receipt which I did and since then they never send me my reembersmnt check and on top of that they never wanted to answer my calls or emails! The finanace guy Morgan is a piece of work too! No paperwork was sent with the car and I had to ask him many times till I got a pdf file just to to get to know who is my financing bank!
