The truck had to have is inspection and basic service. They had the truck for an additional week. I called three times. Just purchased our 2026 Honda Odyssey Elite from Honda of Lake City. I've purchased many new vehicles over the past 46 years, but this was the absolute best experience. Starting with sales associate Matthew, GM Steve and finishing up with Finance Leader Larry, it was an easy transition. Received the best deal in Florida. Untrustworthy, lie to you, Make sure you read everything clearly before you sign. Manager tells you one thing and when you're not paying attention switched it up my biggest advice is pay real close attention to what you sign. Would never do business with this dealership again.

I went there for one car and realized I needed two. The dealership got me the cars and the loans. I would have liked more transparency when signing as it took place on my mobile which was hard to read that I was signing for coverages I had elsewhere. Cancelled immediately and without negativity.

We purchased a Jeep on Christmas Eve and immediately began having mechanical issues. After Mr. Hoggle become aware he went above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied and the issues were resolved. Our Jeep was with them more than us and he made sure we had another vehicle while they were making repairs.
Long story short, four months later and I have my Jeep back and a smile on my face!

I placed a $1,000 deposit with Honda of Lake City and have made multiple attempts to have it returned after the deal did not go through. Despite direct requests and follow-up, the deposit has not been refunded and communication has stalled. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially given the lack of clear resolution. I would strongly encourage anyone placing a deposit here to get all terms in writing, including whether the deposit is refundable. I am still hoping this can be resolved quickly and professionally.

I had communicated with Casey and Jesse prior to the visit. All in all the staff was superb and very friendly and stressed free. I was there about 4ish and out the door with my new ride by 6. Everything was good until I got back in the finance department trying to sell me an overpriced warranty. It made it seem as if it was only going to charge me an extra $4 a month, but he was playing with the interest rate. I have excellent credit; I should have gotten the best interest rate to begin with.

Drew did a great job from through the whole purchase. Of the twenty plus new vehicles I’ve purchased this was by far the easiest! From trade evaluation to out the door it took under two hours!
They were okay, they told me some different things though they said my first payment would be 45 days from day of purchase. The told me that the car had been serviced. It might have been but it runs rough I noticed that I had 3 days to return it but when I told him about my concerns, he supposedly scheduled inspection on this Saturday which the 3 days will be up. I think it needs tires or a tire rotation. I’m not sure but for the amount of money I put down something needs to be done.

Louis was a great salesman, but be careful with the finance guy. Remember, out-the-door is what matters, not the payment amount. They tried to add a $6,500 warranty while making my payment close to the same, but lowering my interest rate should have gotten me the best interest rate, with or without the warranty. I have excellent credit.

Overall it was a pleasant experience. The salesperson I worked with was very personable, but must have been fairly new as she could have been a little more knowledgeable of the product. It was the longest period of time, by far, it has ever taken me to purchase a vehicle. Everything thing moved in slow motion despite there being very few customers in the dealership on a Superbowl Sunday.
